We've managed our way to the midpoint of the first month of the new year and I'll chalk that up as a major accomplishment š
For this week's challenge, we begin with this string ~
IAST #276 String by Adele Bruno, CZT |
The tangles we will use include two of the newest posted on TanglePatterns.com ~
Sistar by Hanny Waldburger, CZT
I like the name of this tangle as well as the tangle itself. It reminds me of many others, yet it has its own charm and character. It can stand alone and works beautifully in a grid, too.
See by Joan Stark
This free form tangle will be a nice compliment to Sistar. In Joan's example, note her mark made with a star and the letter K - how fun!
The results of "It's a String Thing" #275 are almost completed. Check back soon!
Keep in mind that the string is a suggestion, let the tangles lead the way.
Feel free to use any size and color of tile.
