I know that summer can slow our schedules down a bit, so I encourage you to plan ahead and consider IAST #156 (two weeks from today). It would be wonderful to celebrate our third birthday and the beginning of our fourth year (can you believe it?!) with a record number of entries.
But first, let us concentrate on this week...
We begin with this string ~
IAST#154 string by Adele Bruno, CZT |
The patterns for the week include:
Leaflet by Helen Williams
My notes about the tangle can be found here in a post from a few years ago.
Cat-kin by Mimi Lempart, CZT
This is a personal favorite and will work well with Zen Bud.
St. John's Cross by Margaret Bremner, CZT
This will give us a grid based tangle to use with the other more flowing ones.
Zen Bud by Danni O'Brien, CZT
This tangle creates a beautiful rose bud.
Simply pencil the string line onto your tile and tangle away! Keep in mind that string lines are suggestions and let the patterns lead the way.
