"It's a String Thing" #301

It's Tuesday, your good news day!

After that fabulous display of tiles for our landmark 300th IAST (I am still soaking it all in!), let's take a bit of a deep breath this week and concentrate on just one tangle -  the new Gelijoy by frequent IASThinger, Nadine Roller, CZT from Germany.

Here is our string ~

IAST #301 String by Adele Bruno, CZT
Given the organic nature of this tangle, the string is optional - see how it works for you.

The direct link to Gelijoy can be found here ~

Gelijoy by Nadine Roller, CZT
(and also here on TanglePatterns)

When I saw this tangle, I was immediately drawn to it.  Ivy and all that it represents, has always been one of my favorite plants.  Nadine's write up and very clever step out using arrows makes that tangle even more attractive.

Feel free to create a monotangle with Gelijoy or if the mood strikes and you want to add more tangles, please do.  The choice is yours.

Either way, as Nadine says, please relax, have patience, and enjoy the tangling process.

Simply pencil in the string line and begin.
Keep in mind that the string is a suggestion and let the tangles lead the way.
