"It's a String Thing" #291

Happy Belated Mother's Day and a belated Tuesday (your good news day!) as well.

I do hope your celebrations were full of love and appreciation, whether for you personally, for those you love - or both!

Lou and I spent a glorious extended weekend in California with our daughter Sarah and family.  (The tangles Sand, Pauline's Pigtail, and Xav are named for them.💗)

Speaking of Xav, he received his First Holy Communion on Saturday, along with his classmates.  They were so angelic and sang and prayed with all their little hearts.  It was truly a little taste of heaven to be there and share in his big day.

Just back home, here is our belated string for this week's challenge ~

IAST String #291 by Adele Bruno, CZT

The tangle we will use is  Zig Zag Track by Tomàs Padrós and a generous helping of perfs.

Tomàs' new triangular tangle brings to mind CZT Jane Eileen Malone's 4 MOM, one we've used in the past.

Since I was concerned that Mother's Day came and went with no mention here on my blog,
using Zig Zag Track along with perfs (a.k.a. orbs or Tipple) will honor our M O M's.

I'll post the results of IAST #290 by Thursday afternoon.  Wait until you see these!

Thank you for your patience!
