On our most recent visit together, my precious granddaughter Pauline taught me four patterns that she created. At age six, can you just imagine that sweet exchange?
Here are a few of our sketch pages ~
Below are step outs - just in case you'd like to try her creations and especially if you have a grandchild to share them with...

Pauline's Tangles on Tickled To Tangle by Adele Bruno, CZT |
ENJOY!
Oh how sweet, I would have thought it amazing if she had just tangled a tile, but to invent tangles too is just mind blowing !!!
ReplyDeletePauline's tangles are awesome
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet. You have a very creative granddaughter. I love the tangled hearts! I surely will try them in one of my tiles next time.
ReplyDeleteGranddaughters (and grandsons) are such a delight! I love all three new tangles.
ReplyDeleteThree cheers for Pauline ... well done! Do I sense a String Thing prompt in the making??? I love her handwriting and spelling ... certainly frame-worthy pieces of art! Do you think this is how Georgia O'Keeffe began? Thank you for sharing Pauline's talented accomplishments!! Sharyn
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your sweet comments. I know they will make Pauline smile.
ReplyDeleteWhen she came to visit, she had her tangles all thought out and named - so very precious and so very creative.
Ahh so sweet I love the tangled heart, and line dot might be used as a filler ( I love the way she spelt line by the way liyn) 😊
ReplyDeleteThank you Pauline. You have a great imagination. I can tell that you like to play around with your ideas on paper to get a feel for how then could for other artist. Thank you also to your grandmother, Adele, for drawing out the step-outs for wonderful tangles. They have inspired me to use them in my tile today.
