"HOW GREAT THOU ART..."
This sculpture was recently installed outside the front door of the Casselberry Art House (pictured on the banner of my blog) where I have the pleasure of teaching.
It is the creation of a local artist, Duke Snyder, who generously donated it to the city of Casselberry. Made of iron, it stands about six feet tall.
While Mr. Snyder invokes the words of the ancient and familiar hymn, it is his unique play on words coupled with the fact that visitors to the art gallery pass by in their comings and goings, that brings a smile to my face.
Enjoy!
It would make me smile too. I'm smiling just seeing it! Thanks for the post!
