We are just one week away from our third birthday celebration and the beginning of year four. Let's get ready, limber up our fingers, uncap our Microns, and warm up with this last challenge of year three...
We begin with this straight lined string inspired by CZT Margaret Bremner's St. John's Cross (used in IAST #154) ~
|IAST #155 String by Adele Bruno, CZT|
The tangles we will use include ~
Bales by Maria Thomas and Rick Roberts, Zentangle® founders

Z-Trik by Yamit Fridman
All three tangles are grid based, so this should be a wonderful exercise. Keep in mind that even though the lines of the string are straight, the tangle grids do not have to be.
Simply pencil the string line onto your tile and tangle away!
