Su D'Alessio surprised me with this gift - a frame that she made from clay and then tangled with glaze. For inspiration, she used the border I drew for the signage of last month's art show (pictured in the right column).
Although not captured in the photograph, Su managed to fit the frame with glass and a backing that enables it to stand. I framed a picture of the group of us from last month's show.
She said that it was a "thank you", but I would argue that I am in the indebted one.
