This week marks the 100th anniversary of the iconic bottle design of the Coca-Cola Company.
That's a lot of years - and a lot of Coke.
Happy memories and happy thoughts are usually associated with the delectable drink and we could all use more of those these days.
To mark the occasion we will use a sting whose lines suggest a bottle shape and a few tangles that will add to the fun. Let's begin with TanglePatterns String 011 by Yamit Fridman ~

100 - one of my tangles We used 100 just 19 challenges ago - it seemed appropriate for this occasion too. Click here to see the tiles from IAST #100.
Bublz by Lori Byerly This is just a happy pattern and what would a Coke be without bubbles?!
Ripples by Helen Williams This grid based pattern's name reminded me of the feel of the bottle's green glass.
If there is another pattern you'd like to include with the theme this week, please do. Be sure to provide the name and artist so others may reference it.
While my choice of string, tangles, and theme are associated with Coca-Cola, please let the tangles take you where they may. They are meant to be non-representational and the experience is meant to be very relaxing.
If creating a Zentangle Inspired Art (ZIA) piece - adding color, words, symbols, for example - is what you have in mind, please feel free.
Simply pencil the string line onto your tile and tangle away!
