"It's a String Thing" #111

It's Tuesday, your good news day!

This week the challenge will be all about ONES since we have arrived at #111.

We begin with

ONE new tangle - Hamail by Tina Hunziker, CZT

ONE favorite tangle of your own,

and

ONE string line you will create.

Sound like fun?  Let's begin!

Here are the directions:

On your tile begin by tangling Hamail - draw as many or as few as you wish.

Next, draw a random string line to divide the rest of the space on your tile.
This is a departure from our usual exercise.
Depending on the amount and size of Hamail you tangle, there may not even be a need to add a string before your favorite tangle.

File in the remaining sections with your chosen tangle.  (In your email, please include the name of the tangle - and its creator if possible.)

Step outs for the pattern can be found by clicking the name above and/or TanglePatterns.

Here are the (Not so) Official Guidelines:
* Challenges are posted on Tuesdays.
*Use the string posted for the week and patterns that begin or contain the letter(s) indicated
* Submit a photo of your tile saved as jpg or scan your tile (300 dpi or higher) and save as a jpg
*Email your jpg file as an attachment to - brunoadelem@gmail.com
*Entries are to be submitted by Saturday evenings.
*Photos and 'Best of Show' are posted on Mondays.

Send in your photos - you will encourage and inspire fellow Zentangle® enthusiasts all over the world. WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR NAME, FEEL FREE TO  INCLUDE YOUR STATE/COUNTRY.
FOR EXAMPLE:   ADELE BRUNO (FLORIDA)

PLEASE NOTE: It is not necessary for you to have a blog or website to participate.

If you do have a blog or website, I will add a link upon request.
Please include the site specific URL.

I look forward to your emails.
HAVE FUN!

  2. Oh please say you are going to do one of your fantastic tips to drawing pages! I have filled my sketch pad with hamil and not happy with a one of them. They just don't "flow". I love the spiral effect, but mine don't have it. Help, Adele!
