It is also the very first day of the "merry, merry month of May," as the song goes.
May is a beautiful month here in Florida, and I would imagine that it is everywhere spring has sprung around this wonderful world.
Inspired by the rhyme that says, "April showers bring May flowers", let's tangle a bouquet of our own.
We begin with this string ~
IAST #241 String by Adele Bruno, CZT |
The tangles we will use include ~
Mumsy by CZT Sandy Bartholomew
What is not to love about this tangle?!
Click here to read my post about Mumsy from 2013 - so ancient (wink!)
Caracole by Lily Moon
Lily has a way of making tangles come alive. Here is our chance to use one of her own tangles and show her what we do with it.
Notice on Lily's example how she added aura and then filled some of her Caracole with other tangles. Feel free to add any tangles you wish - although not necessary.
These tangles have their similarities, but are just different enough to make this interesting.
As with all our IAST adventures, simply pencil in the string keeping in mind that it is a suggestion, and let the tangles lead the way.
Enjoy!
