"It's a String Thing" #134

It's Tuesday, your good news day!

After last week's very angular, straight-lined string, let's begin with this curvy beauty by Cat Trask ~

Cat bgan contributing to IAST in week #57.  It is wonderful to feature this string of hers.

And speaking of creations, we will use three of the latest tangles posted by Linda Farmer including Sati, by Jem Miller.

Jem submits tiles for IAST under the alias Ragged Ray.  She began way back in week #7 and continues to be a regular contributor.  I know we are all grateful to her for that.

This week's tangles include ~

Sati by Jem Miller
We used rice shapes last week in tangling Fife.  This pattern begins with them as well and then takes on a look of its own.
Tamisolo by Hanny Waldburger, CZT
This pattern reminds me of my Budlite.  It begins with a spiral and flows in a lovely continuous line.
Fission by Richard Anderson
This is a very pretty filler.   It adds a bit of whimsy and with Dr. Suess' birthday this week, it seemed a good choice.

To access step outs for the patterns, click on their names or TanglePatterns.

Simply pencil the string line onto your tile and tangle away! Keep in mind that string lines are suggestions and let the patterns lead the way.
