Tips for Tangling Hamail

Upon request, here are a few Tips for Tangling that I've come up with to better understand the dynamics of this pretty pattern ~

    This is wonderful, just what I needed. The original step-out is a bit sketchy and I couldn't quite puzzle out exactly how you expanded out, but you have cleared that up for me with your tips.
