Tips for Tangling Meringue

Every once in a while I receive more requests than usual to provide some tips for a particular pattern.

When the tiles for "It's a String Thing" #59 came in two weeks ago,  there were many questions about Kelley Kelly's tangle Meringue as well as requests for some pointers.
